Really impressed
Thanks to the entire UCM team for interpreting my dream, I finally understood why I had been dreaming of the same plane crash for years! And I'm relieved to see that my nightmares can help me understand myself better.

Very serious and reliable
I had been searching for the meaning of my dreams for years but what I saw on social networks or on Google didn't speak to me, really not. Thanks to UCM, I was able to have a detailed and precise interpretation of the different symbols in my dream, and it made a lot of sense. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

I understood so many things!
I think that without the interpretation of this dream, I would never have been able to understand the origin of the conflicts that I was experiencing in my relationship. Today, I am more aware of what I have within me and I have improved my relationship with my partner. All thanks to a dream... So imagine if I understand them all?

Our unconscious speaks to us
We spend 1/3 of our lives sleeping. Do you really think that dreams would not be useful for our evolution?
A dream is a unique and personalized message that our unconscious sends us in the form of symbols. The way these symbols interconnect symbolically reveals to us the forces at work inside us.
So, if we dream for example of a car, its condition, its color, its shape, its qualities, its weaknesses, its behavior etc. will define percentages of our conscious or unconscious personality. Depending on the context in which it appears, we must take into consideration its positive (+) or negative (-) dimension, or a mixture of the two (+/-).
When we understand our dreams, we can better manage and transform our energy, our attitudes, our daily reactions, and make more thoughtful and logical decisions, which will not be guided by unconscious forces that are too impulsive or uncontrolled.
F.A.Q.
We answer the dreamers' questions.
I have a lot of nightmares, is this normal?
Yes, and you are not the only one! It is completely normal to have a lot of nightmares, because during the night our unconscious opens and we can perceive deeper realities and hidden within oneself, as if one were entering the cellar of a building where it can be darker, colder, etc.
But rest assured: nightmares are useful for our development. They represent only percentages (%) of who we are, of our memories, and they are shown to us to help us improve.
It is as if a doctor gave us a precise diagnosis of what we are led to heal within ourselves. By better understanding the causes of our difficulties, we can more easily manage and transform them.
I don't remember my dreams. How to get there?
As with everything in life, being able to remember your dreams is a learning process. Here are some tips to make it easier to remember:
- Write them down! By writing down our dreams, we train our consciousness to remember them and prioritize them in our mind when we wake up. You can write them on paper but also on a phone or tablet.
- Advance your alarm clock by 5 minutes and use this time to think about your dreams. In fact, taking a few minutes upon waking up makes it easier to “capture” the information received in dreams, because if you start day too quickly and we think about everything we have to do, we forget our dreams more easily.
- Meditate for about 20 minutes a day. Indeed, meditation allows us to enter a state of consciousness close to dreams, and this practice helps us to get in touch with our unconscious more easily. It also has extraordinary benefits for mental and physical health. We can of course divide our meditation blocks into periods of 5 or 10 minutes at different times of the day, or just before bed.
- Talk to yourself before sleeping. Ask your subconscious to help you remember the messages it sends you. And if it doesn't work right away, persevere! All human beings dream every night, whether we realize it or not. You just have to practice until it becomes natural :)
I have a recurring dream, what does it mean?
A recurring dream is a deep message from our unconscious which reveals a greater percentage (%) and priority to work within ourselves.
It’s like receiving a notification on our phone: if we ignore it and it’s important, it will continue to “ring” until we resolve the situation. The same goes for dreams.
Our unconscious is sometimes overloaded and dreams help us to see what creates blockages within ourselves to better resolve them.
How to write your dreams?
During the night, if you wake up with a dream in your mind, you can write key words to remember the different scenes. Your sleep is important: it is not recommended to start analyzing your dream in detail in the middle of the night.
Then, when you wake up in the morning, you can then take a moment to add details to the scenes you remember. This will help you capture as much information as possible that your unconscious sends you.
