I can finally sleep
Anxiety attacks, I can tell you that I know what they are. I spent several months sleeping just a few hours a night, and I would sometimes cry for 30 minutes without knowing why. I talked to a therapist about it and was so relieved not to be thought crazy!!! Just being understood changed something in me. Today I am able to manage my attacks better and even if everything is not perfect, I am able to sleep better, which affects my whole life positively. Just for that, a big THANK YOU
Strong dependencies
I had smoked every day since I was 22 and I wanted to quit. My UCM therapist analyzed a dream for me that opened my eyes to what I didn't want to see and it was a revelation. I no longer smoke today, and I continue regular sessions which help me a lot. I started doing sports again and it does me a lot of good.
Overcoming grief
My father died suddenly in 2021 and it shocked me. I couldn't eat anything anymore, I even failed several exams at university because of it and I needed help to find the joy of living again. My session with UCM was the beginning of a great inner healing. I better understood the reality behind death, and I am today more detached and understanding of what I experienced.
