Dream #2: Energy too dense

Share: I have a question about something that happened at night and I wasn't dreaming. That evening, before going to sleep, without knowing anything about Angels, I said in my head that the Angel of instinct could come that night...

Dream: I fell asleep. At one point I woke up and my whole body felt like a ball of energy. I was very dense and very present material. Then I felt this ball of tension near my pubis (which I have always felt inside me since I was little) which has always been unbearable for me to feel. But this time, it was as if my whole being plunged into this sensation and in the end, I no longer felt it. It was as if my presence in this bodily sensation made it lose its consistency. Then, I also felt energy blocked in my stomach on the right side, more towards the bottom (the colon?). But this pain felt like this part of me was sick. But my attention was aware of all the matter that I felt I was. I started to breathe more deeply and I felt tension disappear, particularly in my heart. I felt myself sinking more and more. It was as if this matter was losing its volume and was going to disappear, leaving only my body. And there, I wanted to let this process go to the end, but I was afraid. I was scared because I thought maybe this was what it felt like to die. This material which escapes into the ground to leave only a body... So I didn't let what was happening end and I intervened mentally to regain my normal sensations. I didn't really want to die. But since then, I regret because I didn't follow through...

Question: Is my approach of letting the Angels come without knowing about them wise? Or should we be careful, because we don’t know if the energy that comes is beneficial or not?

Dream #3: The horse that responds

Dream: I was going to see Lyot a horse from the horse circle and I went to give him a hug and told him I loved him. I heard a voice answering me: “I love you too” and I knew it was Lyot who was answering me, he placed his front paw on my shoulder and everyone was speechless in the club, because no one had ever seen horses do that..
