Bhutan: A Spiritual Land to Discover
Welcome to the International Dream Meditation Retreat, organized by the UCM Center for Teaching and Research.
Bhutan is a unique territory, recognized worldwide for its deep relationship with spirituality, consciousness, and inner balance. Nestled in the heart of the Himalayas, this preserved kingdom offers a setting naturally conducive to silence, contemplation, and a return to what is essential.
Surrounded by majestic mountains, peaceful valleys, untouched forests, and monasteries suspended between sky and earth, Bhutan invites you to slow down and settle inwardly. This exceptional environment naturally supports meditative practices and encourages a more refined presence to oneself.
We have designed a balanced and inspiring journey, allowing participants to discover the human and spiritual richness of Bhutan while being gently guided along their inner path. This retreat is conceived as a space for soft transformation, respectful of each person’s rhythm.
The program includes meditation sessions, teachings, yoga, breathing exercises, chants, moments of sharing, and meaningful local visits. A healthy, conscious vegetarian diet will accompany the entire stay.
We invite you to live a deep and authentic experience in Bhutan, in the presence of professors Kaya and Christiane Muller, as well as Santhosh and Haritha Nayak, for a time of recentring, clarity, and inner elevation.
