Life unfolds like a Mandala
Welcome to the Mandala Retreat, organized by UCM Vietnam — a time of pause and realignment designed as a true inner journey.
The mandala is a universal symbol of coherence and unity. Found across many traditions, it represents the balance between the center and the outer world — between what lives within us and what surrounds us.
It is not simply a drawing, but a living process: returning to oneself, gathering what has become scattered, and restoring inner order.
The mandala also teaches detachment. In certain traditions, what matters most is not the final result, but the process experienced during its creation.
Inspired by this symbolism, the retreat offers a progressive experience, where each day explores an essential dimension: grounding, letting go, vital energy, trust, and finally, integration.
The mandala becomes a guiding thread — a way to reorganize from within, gently and consciously, without force.
This retreat is guided by Kaya, Christiane, Santhosh, Haritha, along with Ân Nguyen and Linh Phan, who accompany each participant with presence, clarity, and care.
Joining the Mandala Retreat means offering yourself time to recenter, rebalance, and return more aligned, with a clearer and more grounded vision of yourself and your path.
