For the upper body, the principle of 3 layers allows you to manage almost all situations: a lightweight and breathable layer, a warm layer, a waterproof layer.
When walking, in calm and sunny weather, the undershirt may be enough.
In rainy or windy weather, it sweats waterproof. When it's cool after a storm or in the evening, the fleece jacket is an essential addition. Bring clothes that dry quickly and therefore avoid cotton.
Prefer synthetic fibers which allow you to stay dry and warm for as long as possible. Remember to cover up before you get cold, and also uncover yourself before you get too hot ;)

It takes around 5 hours of walking, including breaks, meditations, sharing, meals... There is no particular technique, these are hikes accessible to everyone! It is still advisable to have regular physical activity, or to walk several times a week, in order to have a healthy physical condition and to know your body well. For people who cannot walk or hardly walk, you also have the possibility of registering in order to take advantage of time together at the accommodation, to accompany us according to your possibilities and to walk and meditate around the lodge :)
