Take some time to allow yourself to be receptive, in a magnificent and rejuvenating natural setting with these UCM hikes organized by Thomas Vinay, Mountain Leader, UCM Assistant Professor and Expert in Symbolic Language and Dream Interpretation.

Accommodation will be in the magnificent Fruitière du Queyras estate. This particular place in the French Alps was preserved from the intense construction of the post-war years thanks to Philippe Lamour, a specialist in regional planning… quite a symbol to study on site :)

First day

Welcome and discovery

From 4 p.m.: arrival and settling into accommodation
6:30 p.m.: welcome and presentation of the stay by Thomas Vinay

Second day

Fontouse cabin, refuge and simplicity

A first immersion in nature for this day, discovering the symbols that surround us, starting with the mountain 🙂 Let yourself be led through history, according to the elements and the terrain, to discover the secrets of a complicity between humans and their environment... Meditations along the way.

In the evening after the meal, we will take a moment to share around games with symbols 🙂

Third day

Le Queyron, a new point of view on my memories

Walking allows contemplation, thoughts come, with them feelings, memories... And when we rise, we develop a more global vision, with new orientations, perspectives...

Symbolic language teaches us to become an Angel, that is to say, to raise our consciousness to bring light and develop daily qualities... Meditations along the way...

In the evening, after the meal, we will take a moment to share dreams, to decode together and deepen your knowledge of symbolic language.

Fourth day

Les Moulins, the driving water of prosperity.

This last day will allow you to take stock of this stay of connection to nature, with a theme around water, quite a symbol!

Return to accommodation will be around 3 p.m., to give everyone time to return and put into practice the great experiences acquired during these 4 days :)
