Dream #1: Night terrors
Kaya analyzes a testimony about night terrors: My nephew's little daughter is 5 years old and suffers from night terrors, she has them 2 to 3 times a week. The description I found on Wikipedia is exactly what his mother told me. Part of what follows corresponds to Sophie's behaviors during these episodes of terror. Another matches what his mother observed. Definition: Night terror begins at the start of the night or during long naps (within one to three hours after falling asleep) with a panicked cry. The child often sits on his bed. Eyes wide and staring. (his eyes are empty) in mydriasis. He looks terrified, screams, and is insensitive to his parents' attempts to reassure him: he struggles when we try to touch him to calm him down. The attack lasts from one to 20 minutes and is accompanied by tachycardia, polypnea, agitation (always the same hand gesture that we see towards the end of the video), sweating, cries, facial redness or sometimes paleness. He sometimes says something incoherent (she sounds like she's speaking another language and keeps calling someone). Generally, at the end of the crisis the child spontaneously calms down and goes back to sleep. He has no memory of the crisis except in certain exceptional cases, but it generally leaves his parents very worried and distraught. »Dream #2: Nose care
I'm with Denise. We share the same room and we are like in a care center. She goes to get our meal to share in the room and she asks me what treatment I would like her to bring me and I answer: “the treatment for the nose. Like you. » The next day, the last day of our stay, we will share our meal with our roommates, there are two of them.Dream #3: A difficult relationship
I am sending you this dream because you seem to attribute a lot of importance to dreams. Perhaps you will be able to help me understand its meaning. First of all, there is something dazzling in this dream and I admit that it scares me a little, because it could be premonitory. I woke up immediately after the dream. The first time I looked at the time it was exactly 3:40 am and I estimate that I must have been awake for 5 to 10 minutes. Before telling the dream which is quite simple in the scenario, I would like to say that what leads me to pay so much attention to it, which I never do, is its shocking aspect. In the dream there are at least 3 people. There might have been others who could have been there and witnessed the scene but it focuses on 3 people. There is a discussion between a mother and her daughter, the daughter almost always responds tirelessly: “no mom, I'm going to kill myself and kill you” (phew! I find that devastating and so cruel). There is no outcome and no progress in the communication between the mother and the daughter finally the third person who is male intervenes. He looks a bit like a gangster. He gives the impression of being a hitman. He has a huge gun (large caliber) and coldly shoots the girl and then the mother. He is on the ground floor while the girl is higher up on a kind of interior balcony. The mother is on the same floor as him. I woke up immediately after he shot the mother. As I wrote down this dream, I remembered that I had another dream immediately before this one. Striking, but less dramatic.
Dream #4: Discomfort on horseback
I ride a horse. I would say it was quite dark brown. In a way I was quite comfortable on the horse, quite confident but nothing extra. At one point, because of the heavy traffic on the road (many cars) we had to stay where we were. Without giving him the order, the horse began to contort itself in a single movement. His head and neck were strongly arched and remained in this position, in great deformation compared to his normal position which I consider to be uncomfortable. I wanted to return the horse to its normal position but I didn't know how to intervene. In reality I have never ridden a horse and I have no knowledge about it. So I was overwhelmed by this circumstance. It was just as uncomfortable because it put me in a position where I had to hold on to the horse's neck to keep from falling. The horse was unbalanced and moving sideways. I felt, more and more, that the horse was tired and wanted to go home. I was no longer able to give any orders and the horse headed into the playground near my house. There is a lot of grass. Following this, a discussion followed, I think there was also Josée, a girl I know who has horses and loves them very much (she offers horseback riding to people). A discussion takes place between her and the horse where he expresses his dissatisfaction. This concerned me. But I can't remember the details. This led me to understand the horse's situation and show him comfort. I return to the first dream. So I woke up immediately afterwards. I didn't necessarily feel like a nightmare, but I felt uneasy about the sneaky event which seemed distasteful to me and left me in a weird state. To restore my psychological balance, I feel obliged to immediately try to make sense of it. My first instinct was to tell myself: don’t let your mother dominate you anymore. I don't necessarily see my mother as so dramatically dominating but I felt for a long time a sort of injustice due to the fact that she didn't support me in everything I did and mainly music and as a result, I didn't never felt comfortable doing it. When my parents sold their house to move to a retirement home and following the death of my father, I felt that it had changed. She tells me she loves me, which she never did and seems to want to encourage me. On the other hand, I remain cold, as if I remained skeptical about it. I therefore considered that this dream could be positive to the extent that it would announce the end of this unpleasant feeling towards my mother. My entire analysis therefore focused on this hypothesis which seemed highly logical to me. When I started writing, it occurred to me that the girl's voice and way of speaking sounded eerily similar to a girl I know and to the very relationship she has with her own mother. She is blind, she is absent and has a language problem which makes discussions very laborious. She is under public guardianship and therefore does not have much freedom to act as she wishes. His mother is currently suffering from pancreatic cancer. Then I remembered that the vivid side of a dream can express a premonition. I said to myself: I hope nothing bad happened to Josée. His mother may have died. I spoke to him on the phone 2 days ago. She has problems with the dpj (youth protection department) which completely upsets her. I'll leave it at that for now, I don't really know what to think.Listen to podcast 🎙️
