Dream #1: The crocodile jury

Share: I am writing to you because I have a question to ask you but also a dream that I would like you to analyze. My question is the following: I have the idea of making a blog in the name is associated with that of an Angel . I share with you my dream which is linked to my previous question. I have already tried to work on the interpretation of my dream, I found leads, such as: justice, I want to change the world by imposing my vision… In the end, I tell you my dream because I admit to being sure of nothing. Before falling asleep, I therefore asked for a dream about what I should do as work in my life, because I had been offered another position at work that I did not like, although I could work longer and have more money. The work there was very hard physically and psychologically. I was very disappointed with my situation, almost desperate, I felt like I couldn't get out of it, given the current situation of our society and my responsibilities (apartment, food, bills...). That's why I asked for a dream about what I should do.

Dream: The dream begins in a street in the evening, I pass in front of a window, in which there are lots of televisions. I arrive in front of a building then I access a studio where there are television personnel. There is one with a headset. I walk up to the door of the TV set, I push it, behind it a reality TV competition is taking place. The goal of the show is to determine a winner, a sort of beauty contest, where young people who appear to be teenagers, or even adults, win if they manage to please crocodiles. I am high up and far enough away to see the plateau and an access footbridge to a pond with reeds and stones. The teenagers' parents are present around the pool, they support their children, they all want their child to succeed (in short, for each of the children to pass the test and succeed in being elected). There is a TV set, around the set, there are the crowd sitting in the stands. In the center of the stage, there is a circular, oval table where the presenter, speakers and a guest are seated. Parents continue to encourage their children, as before taking an exam or even a major competition. Each parent has their own method of encouragement. One makes his child understand that he is the best, the most beautiful: another parent uses gentleness and reassures his child. The penultimate parent says nothing but his insistent look sets the tone, he expects results. Finally the last parent (a mother) shows more aggression, she says in an almost scolding tone “you are going to succeed and you better!!! ". I'm on the edge of the pond behind the reeds). The presenter speaks and leads. He explains the rules of the competition: “the one who does not get eaten will be the winner. If there are even 2 candidates left, the game is restarted until one remains. See no candidates! ”, I felt intrigued when he said: “eat”. The crocodiles come in and seem a little hungry. The presenter announces the first candidate. The parents and families of the candidates have come out of the pond and are looking through a mesh balcony (a bit like in a zoo, I am hidden behind the reeds and no one seems to see me, the aggressive mother is also behind the reeds , she doesn't see me but I see her back to me, she is looking at the scene). The first candidate is a young girl, whose father told her that she is the best. She is dressed in a white one-piece swimsuit and she is well made-up, with the look of a girl who parades to be Miss. The crocodiles approach her, one of them pulls her into the water and the crocodiles start to eat her. I hear the crowd make an “Ooowwwhhh” sound as if to express “oh no that’s a shame”. The host, in a cheerful voice, expresses the fact that the candidate is not chosen, now the next candidate. » he said. The second candidate dressed in a pink princess dress like a wedding dress, with sequins on it. she decides to strike a pose, she sits on the rock she was standing on. She assumes the posture of a mermaid waiting on a rock, her feet drawn towards her buttocks. The crocodiles surrounding her are fewer because one of them, which is hungry, is still eating the previous candidate. The crocodiles don't like the candidate. A crocodile gently approaches the candidate from her left, looks at her for a moment (3 seconds) without any particular state, the candidate has wide eyes, she waits to know if she is accepted. The crocodile attacks her on the chest then pulls her into the water and begins to eat her. The third announced candidate was already being attacked by two crocodiles. The parents seem to find the spectacle normal. Some of them seem to be disappointed by the failure of their child (this was not my case; I felt angry and bored, however I remained hidden). I look into the pond, I see eaten limbs floating on the surface of the water as well as the head of a candidate. The crocodiles finish eating, I see one diving with the head in question... It was the head of the candidate dressed in pink... For me it was too much, I felt it rising inside me I wanted to go and shout to the crowd that this kind of show is not normal, and I could see myself doing it... Except that even before I take action, the last candidate is announced, he is shirtless and horrified. It was the child of the mother who showed an aggressive side. Instead of striking a pose, he dances imitating the walk of crocodiles. This seems to work, the crocodiles look at him suspiciously and seem to mistake him as one of their own. However, I feel that the crocodiles are becoming wary again. Then the mother of the child candidate goes to collect him, she exclaims “that’s enough, now he’s won!” ". She pulls him from the rock to the ground, then into the reeds, he is sheltered and she places a white towel on his shoulders, like the tights he is wearing. He tells himself that after seeing the fate reserved for those who act differently, this experience served as a lesson to him, he will no longer try to be him. The candidate is designated by the host as the winner of the competition and joins civilization outside the studio. I took the path back, I passed through the door which joins the studio and the TV set. Once outside, I realize that the civilians all seem to have the same look and the same conditioning.

Share: When I woke up after having this dream, I had the feeling of having seen the negative side of our current society. I interpreted the crocodiles as unscrupulous beings who only seek to act in their interests (I have since taken a step back). I interpreted the adolescents as young people, full of good will, they have (in my opinion) part of their originality to bring to society. The scene described in my dream made me react and I said to myself when I woke up "in reality", that I must denounce the way in which society conditions those who do not meet its criteria; through a blog where I highlight the flaws and lies of our society but I intend to propose in my articles one or more viable, accessible solutions, which I apply and which will allow everyone to choose a lifestyle which will be before a whole blog for me through which I intend to share my points of view with readers (for example, favoring organic products, being interested in the conditions and methods of production, fishing. Getting closer to farmers and exposing everyone to the possibility to grow their own food for a better approach to their needs and the needs of those around them, humans, animals, nature... mutual aid, etc...).
