Dream #1: The ring found

Sign: I cut my left thumb while cutting vegetables for my morning juice in the kitchen.

Dream: I no longer have my wedding ring on my finger but found it again.

Dream #2: Internship in a retirement home

I am a student in a retirement home, it is an optional internship because I already have my diploma, no one knows. I know there are a lot of elderly people who are bedridden. The staff shows me the tasks to do but strangely the morning goes by without at any time taking care of the patients. A nurse tells me that the staff consists of 3 people in the morning and 4 people in the afternoon. After the lunch break, I am invited to a large room for the meeting with the doctor to grant permissions (exit authorization) for the weekend. The doctor is a woman, she is 70 years old, I don't understand why she grants leave to bedridden patients who no longer have autonomy. She makes me understand that she will soon be a patient given her age and that she will also be granted permission. After the meeting the staff lie down on deck chairs because it's nap time, I'm perplexed, but I follow the movement. When I wake up I take a baby out of a bag placed on my stomach, the nurse next to me takes him to change him, I ask her if she wants me to get some wipes for him, she tells me no, that 'here we make do with the means at hand. I get up and decide to go look at the schedule posted on the wall to find out my schedule for the week, I don't work Saturday or Sunday. I find this internship strange because I have no contact with the patients, the staff don't take care of the patients either. I wonder what condition the elderly people are in, I am uneasy.
