Let yourself be guided to meet the 72 Angels

Meditate with Christiane Muller

Christiane Muller transports us with her heart by communicating to us through relaxation and through her mystical voice, the essence of Angelic Knowledge.

The instrumental version Angelica Musica, composed by André Leclair, and produced in collaboration with Kaya , is used as background music. On each disc you will find guided meditations of 12 minutes each on a specific Angelic Energy, for a total of 72 minutes of meditation and relaxation per CD.

About Angelica Meditation

Originally
Since the dawn of time, meditation has been part of humanity to find oneself, to relax, but also to access new senses. The Angelica Meditations feature guided meditations with the voice of Christiane Muller.

Guided meditation
Practicing meditation for over forty years, Christiane Muller leads us to meditate on the deep meaning of each Angel and what they resonate within us.

The benefits of meditation
Recent discoveries in neuroscience have proven that meditation profoundly modifies the structure and functioning of the brain. Among the benefits that mediation brings, we find it easier to stay focused, the reduction of anxious anticipation and a positive influence on our health as well as our immune system.

F.A.Q.

Excellent question! You can consult the file of the corresponding Angel and draw inspiration from their qualities or the distortions that you wish to transform in yourself.

On another note, your inspiration and natural affinity with an Angel can also be a great way to start. When you work on yourself everything is possible :)

You can listen to the guided meditations whenever you want. There is no “ONE” perfect predefined moment. However, you can listen to it when you have a moment for yourself, to relax and internalize. It can even be during a walk if that inspires you.

Closing your eyes will most likely bring you a deeper level of internalization, but you can keep your eyes open if you are more comfortable. The important thing is that you feel good, to be receptive to the benefits of meditation.

Yes of course ! It’s also good for children to have moments of internalization that help them concentrate in an action-filled world.

Of course, don't be extreme and don't force your children to listen to meditation music. The most beautiful moment is when the child is naturally receptive to this, or asks for it on his own.

You can even suggest playing the guided meditation in the evening, before bedtime, like a bedtime story…
