"Wow, finally some spiritual music with beautiful melodies and Kasara 's deep voice... It's rare to find such beautiful spiritual music. I listen to it in my bed at night to help me fall asleep after a long day..."

"I listen to the Mantras of my Birth Angels on a loop, and it helps me to refocus and calm down. I also use them to put my very young children to sleep in the evening... they love them and even ask for them to fall asleep!

F.A.Q.

Excellent question! You can consult the file of the corresponding Angel and draw inspiration from their qualities or the distortions that you wish to transform in yourself.

On another note, your inspiration and natural affinity with an Angel can also be a great way to start. When you work on yourself everything is possible :)

You can listen to the guided meditations whenever you want. There is no “ONE” perfect predefined moment. However, you can listen to it when you have a moment for yourself, to relax and internalize. It can even be during a walk if that inspires you.

Closing your eyes will most likely bring you a deeper level of internalization, but you can keep your eyes open if you are more comfortable. The important thing is that you feel good, to be receptive to the benefits of meditation.

Yes of course ! It’s also good for children to have moments of internalization that help them concentrate in an action-filled world.

Of course, don't be extreme and don't force your children to listen to meditation music. The most beautiful moment is when the child is naturally receptive to this, or asks for it on his own.

You can even suggest playing the guided meditation in the evening, before bedtime, like a bedtime story…
