Love is the most beautiful source of life…
Introduction Teacher & co-founder
Christiane Muller is a teacher and co-founder of the UCM Center for Teaching & Research and of the Swiss public-interest foundation Source Code Technology (SCT).
Also an author, therapist, philanthropist, and international speaker for over 25 years, she is a modern woman of her time who inspires all those she touches through her wisdom and her deep emotional and spiritual intelligence.
Geneva Childhood & devotion
Christiane grew up in Geneva, Switzerland, in a modest environment where her parents were grocery store owners on Rue de Lausanne. She spent the early years of her childhood and adolescence immersed in service, daily work, and devotion. She helped her parents mornings and evenings while continuing her studies.
She was also raised by her great-aunt, whose life—and Christiane’s—was profoundly changed following an accident that resulted in the amputation of one of her legs, and later by the tragic suicide of her husband.
Humanism Compassion & help
From a very young age, Christiane identified with humanitarian aid, compassion, and humanism alongside her aunt, who—through her kindness—supported missionaries and financed their charitable work. Christiane followed her example, inspired by her presence and her concrete actions to help others. Thus, from the very beginning of her life, she was led to develop deep qualities as well as an exceptional emotional and spiritual intelligence.
One must not have expectations, but must be prepared for anything…— CHRISTIANE
Banking Career & abundance
After raising her son alone following her separation from her first husband, Christiane built a career in the banking sector in Geneva. A registered broker for the New York Stock Exchange, she later became a human resources manager in a Swiss bank. She also served as executive assistant to the president of an American bank based in Geneva and held prestigious positions alongside some of the wealthiest individuals in Europe. Her career unfolded seamlessly, at the heart of material abundance. Everything was available to her, following a path that society considers logical and successful.
India 1988, awakening
However, Christiane’s inner self revealed itself during a trip to India in 1988. This journey led her into deep reflection and a profound questioning of her values, her life, and her achievements. She began to question the true meaning of existence and became interested in various forms of personal development training. She earned certifications in multiple personal growth techniques and integrated humanitarian aid into her daily life.
She was likely the first person to provide energy healing within banking institutions. Her superiors allowed it, knowing that her presence and influence could only benefit staff and employees. At the same time, she devoted herself to accompanying individuals in the terminal stages of life.
Path Dreams, signs & symbols
Naturally, as one progresses along a personal path and develops inner abilities, the desire arises to go further and become a better person. By helping others, Christiane opened herself and discovered the strength and potential residing in emotional and spiritual intelligence, dreams, signs, and symbols.
1992 A deliberate choice
In 1992, she voluntarily left her affluent environment and promising career and began leading workshops for unemployed individuals, adolescents, and the elderly, helping them understand the meaning of their existence and the challenges encountered along the way. These experiences profoundly transformed her, and material life thereafter occupied a far less important place in her world.
1994 Canada & meeting Kaya
In 1994, she moved to Canada and deepened her ability to dream and understand symbolic language upon meeting the man who would become her husband, Kaya. The similarity of their destinies was striking. He too had come from a life of abundance and had left everything behind in search of answers to existential questions. Both had worked deeply on themselves, preparing to follow their shared destiny.
1996 First conference
In 1996, Christiane Muller’s first conference was held in the basement of her home in Saint-Sauveur-des-Monts, in the Laurentians (Quebec, Canada). Five or six people listened for the first time as this white-haired woman shared how spirituality had guided her and helped her transform her weaknesses and navigate change, hardship, and initiatory trials throughout her journey. All were deeply moved. Her profound inner kindness, charisma, and sincere desire to help others quickly spread by word of mouth, and requests poured in from across Quebec.
UCM Foundation & expansion
Two years later, she and her husband were giving conferences in more than 35 cities across French-speaking Canada, as well as English-language conferences in the New York region. On January 18, 2001, they jointly founded the non-profit organization UCM Center for Teaching & Research. In 2002, their conferences expanded into Europe, with Switzerland, France, and Belgium hosting events in 60 to 90 cities over many years, leading to the creation of UCM France and UCM Switzerland in 2004.
Books Bestsellers & languages
Over the years, the couple authored numerous books, including several bestsellers, translated into many languages (French, English, German, Italian, Spanish, Vietnamese, Hindi, with Chinese, Romanian, and Portuguese in preparation). These works are distributed in more than 133 countries worldwide through their website. They regularly tour to offer conferences, workshops, and training programs across the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Africa.
IRSS Spiritual training program
In 2014, together with her husband Kaya, Christiane launched the first cycle of the Spiritual Training Program in the Interpretation of Dreams, Signs, and Symbols (IRSS). Courses were taught in French in Canada and Europe.
One of the objectives of the IRSS training is to educate individuals on a spiritual path, as well as healthcare professionals (doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, nurses, caregivers), education professionals (teachers, instructors, professors, educators), business leaders, and anyone wishing to develop emotional intelligence and attain multidimensional and spiritual awareness through the study of symbolic language and the understanding of dreams, signs, and symbols.
Since 2016, the IRSS training has also been offered in English in India, and in February 2017 it expanded to Vietnam, the United States, and several other countries worldwide.
Program +|− Code School Program
In addition, the couple, together with the UCM team and the Swiss Source Code Technology (SCT) Foundation, presents the +|− Code School Program in Vietnam, India, the United States, France, Germany, and elsewhere. This unique and innovative program is already being delivered to thousands of young people around the world. More schools regularly join this inspiring educational initiative, which helps youth understand the importance of developing balanced emotional and spiritual intelligence in order to use physical and metaphysical knowledge wisely and to unite spirit and matter.
Mission Every day
Christiane and her husband Kaya carry out their mission daily alongside a team of staff members and volunteers at the heart of the UCM Center for Teaching & Research, a non-profit organization now established in Canada, France, Switzerland, India, and Vietnam.
Clinic UCM Consultation Clinic
In 2010, the UCM Consultation Clinic was created, bringing together numerous therapists. Each year, it welcomes hundreds of patients for consultations focused on spiritual development, the interpretation of dreams, signs, and symbols, and the symbolism of life situations, with the goal of developing emotional intelligence and self-understanding.
They also work closely with their daughter Kasara and many other missionaries across the various UCM projects, which continue to experience inspiring growth worldwide.
