It also represents emotional dependence (alcohol abuse), hyperactivity (cocaine) and flight into artificial paradises (Marijuna). More precisely Rafael invented a new way of growing plants; this allowed him to create plants without seeds. This saved space and sold more per gram. To achieve this he only cultivated female plants. Without the pollen from the male plants, the female plants do not produce seeds and from what I understood, these type of plants could only grow in the desert to avoid communication. We can therefore see symbolically that this enterprise was oriented towards the elimination of the emitting part, which ensured that the receptive part could not renew itself. The fruit of his enterprise was therefore doomed to become sterile. Finally, Rafael was in love with a woman and he suffered greatly from her absence. A nice “Joy” boy transforms the bad guys into nice ones, while being kind in his actions and his receptivity, test after test. People beat him in a dungeon then in a moat, but he remains kind, he does not victimize himself and has a lot of strength in him. Then he saves an animal, while an aggressive gladiator fights and gets eaten. Then the devil takes the boy in his memories to hell, the boy transforms the devil's negative memories one by one. Transformation happens with love, compassion and understanding of negative memories. A whole wisdom and serenity emanates from this boy. The film is called “Joy Joy”, I tell myself that I have to remember the name of this film to share it with UCM because it is full of lessons. It's dark and we are in the living room with the children.
